Issue reason: melvin has been both dedicated and hardworking both on and off the battlefield. I feel that he has gone above and beyond the duties of a 1st lt and a s1. He has helped us drive back the enemy countless times by taking the job of squad leader countless times without complaint nor failure as one. Thank you melvin for your valorous work and dedication.

Issue reason: Melvin is perhaps the dark horse of the Div. His actions are almost all behind the scenes, but have been vital to Div operations. Attention to detail and providing useful stats helped ops. Without Melvin, this division would not be run nearly as smoothly.
