Issue reason: I remember Fransiscus from campaign 13. He was pretty quiet and didn't talk much. In 14 we were not together; however, in 15 he began as guards CSM. He proved himself able to take on any duties given to him.

Issue reason: Fransiscus took the initative to heavily mine and scout Allied river crossings at the Battle of Nile Delta. These tactics resulted in the destruction of countless Allied tanks and transports and played a huge part in the Fallschirmjäger victory that day.

Issue reason: Fransiscus bravely led the black cats to victory in Yugoslavia at the battle of Scheldt Estuary. We are eternally grateful for him winning the day by his ability and prowess as a commander who leads his troops with love.

Issue reason: Fransiscus proved himself as the CinC, even with a very busy RL. Fransiscus was able to remain active on the forums, lead Div Staff discussions, contribute to map loadouts, attend practices and lead battles as BFCO. Div performance was greatly enhanced.

Issue reason: For performance of above standard excellence on Caumont. Fransiscus was a key part in operation "Provide a spawnpoint to the squad" and was able to both not die and hold the streets flag against wave after wave of re-spawning allied mooks.
