Issue reason: For doing an overall great job every battle so far. Arc Nine has shown he is a satisfactory soldier, who listens to orders and fulfills them without excuse. On Night Assault during one round he captured and helped establish a foothold on Airport.

For excellence in teamwork and leadership, both on and off the battlefield, 1st level award.

Issue reason: Arc manned what most would say is a crappy tank (Panzer IIC) during Rat Race and used it for several rounds to its best effect against both infantry and armor while guarding the southern approaches to the Terrance flag.
Name: Cross of North Viena
The Order of the Cross of Liberty has 7 classes, each awarded separately unlike the medals in the Order of the Lion. The medals are named after famous battles or events in the war. The medals in the Order are awarded for bravery or merit on the battlefield.

Issue reason: At Caumont, Arc excelled at just about everything he did, both offensive and defensive. He mowed down full jeeps and whole squads with his MG and single-handedly captured Trenches multiple times.
